Friday, December 6, 2024
7:00PM-8:00PM: INSTRUCTOR MEET AND GREET
8:15PM: SBR NEW BOOTY SPIN CLASS W/RISSE
SBR Instructors will receive training materials and take headshots. Instructors are encouraged to take the beginner class for foundational drills.
Saturday, December 7, 2024
10:30AM: ATL x FL SPIN CLASS
12:00PM-4:00PM: SBR INSTRUCTOR TRAINING
SBR Training wIll be held at the the ICan Fitness studio in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This state of the art facility will become home to both seated instruction and practice led by Coach Risse and the SBR training team. Participants should plan to participate in a weekend of events.
